Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Free domestic shipping for The LifeChanger is via UPS GROUND, FEDEX HOME/GROUND or USPS PRIORITY MAIL (we decide) and generally takes between 2- 5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays and on the next business day after a weekend or postal holiday. Orders are shipped from Placitas, New Mexico, USA.

Because we offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the USA, The LifeChanger ships for FREE within the USA! The LifeChanger is shipped via our choice of UPS Ground, FedEx Home/Ground or USPS Parcel Select service.
We are thrilled to offer shipping to our international customers! For international orders, at checkout, you will be presented with UPS or FEDEX shipping options. Please note that shipping times provided by carriers are estimates. If your country charges any customs fees or value added taxes, you will be required to pay them before your package is delivered by your selected carrier. Anna & Eve is not responsible for these, which are are set by individual countries.

Our return policy is simple:
If you are not happy with your purchase from Anna & Eve for any reason, we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase.
It’s fine if you don’t have the package anymore. It is no problem if you’ve laundered it.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
We can’t cover the cost of return shipping, but we’ll take your item back even if your baby peed on it! (And trust us, we’ve seen worse!)
